Terra Nova Return & Refund Policy
At Terra Nova, we stand behind the rugged reliability of our gear. If your equipment doesn't meet the demands of your journey, we are here to help you get back on track.
1. 14-Day Evaluation Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test the fit and feel of your gear. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In their original, unused condition.

Stored in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and protective inserts.

Clean and free of any signs of outdoor wear (dirt, scuffs, or campfire odors).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific address for the designated returns facility.

Important: Do not ship items back to the manufacturer address listed on your package. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
3. Shipping & Restocking

Defective or Damaged Gear: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, Terra Nova will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a priority replacement.

Standard Returns: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to mid-tier and high-tier items (orders over $50) to cover the complex logistics and inspection of high-volume outdoor equipment.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale:

Used camping cutlery or cookware.
