Terra Nova Shipping Policy
At Terra Nova, we specialize in delivering everything from essential survival tools to professional-grade overlanding equipment. Because our catalog ranges from lightweight accessories to heavy-duty freight items, our shipping process is tailored to the specific tier of gear you purchase.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your gear has been handed over to our shipping carriers, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
We partner with global manufacturers to bring you the best balance of quality and price. Estimated delivery windows depend on the product category:

Survival & Accessories ($5–$25): 10–15 business days.

Basecamp Essentials ($50–$350): 7–14 business days.

Pro Setups ($1000–$1500): 5–10 business days. (High-ticket items often ship via priority freight from regional warehouses).
3. Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $4.95 applies to all orders under $75.

Free Shipping: All orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Insured Freight: For our Pro Setup tier (Rooftop Tents, Power Stations, and Motorized Kayaks), we provide Complimentary Insured Freight Shipping to ensure your high-value investment is handled with the highest level of care.
4. Tracking Your Adventure
Once your tracking number is active, you can monitor your package via our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update the status after you receive your shipping notification.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. Please be advised that customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or VAT fees that may be applied by your country upon arrival.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
While we ensure all gear is packed for the rigors of travel, accidents can happen.

Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement.

Lost Packages: Terra Nova is not responsible for items lost in transit once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or utilizing a PO Box where applicable.
