  • Tiered Pricing: We offer products across three tiers: Survival & Accessories ($5–$25), Basecamp Essentials ($50–$350), and Pro Setups ($1000–$1500).

  • Technical Accuracy: We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

5. High-Ticket Equipment & Liability

Our Pro Setup tier includes heavy-duty equipment such as rooftop tents and motorized kayaks.

  • Professional Installation: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle or equipment is compatible with these items.

  • Assumption of Risk: Use of outdoor, survival, and motorized equipment involves inherent risks. Terra Nova is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

6. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as order tracking) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.
